About Taylor

Taylor's personal goal as a performer is to inspire others to pursue their dreams. As a body positive actor, she hopes to show the world her truth behind art, and that is that art is for everyone, and because art is for everyone, it can be made by anyone.

Taylor Alleman (she/her) is originally from Denham Springs, Louisiana, which is a smaller city located about 30 minutes from the state capital, Baton Rouge. Growing up, Taylor performed in everything she could. What started as a single line role in a church production blossomed into a love for all things theatre and performance related. She has participated in numerous district piano rallies, sang in several local choirs (including an acapella group), and played a role in numerous theatrical productions. Taylor is a 2022 BFA in Theatre Performance graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi. While attending her undergrad, she wrote a creative project thesis on her experience developing and portraying the character Hermia in the USM Theatre's 2021 production of A Midsummer Night's Dream. She also picked up a love for stage combat and was SAFD certified in 5 different weapons: single sword, rapier and dagger, broadsword, hand-to-hand, and sword and shield.
